acatel ot 4033x stock rom

Hi, this mobile power on, but the screen is white so I can not carry out any operation.
I tried according to the instructions to perform a factory reset , I don't think I have succeeded it,
because I have to make use of the phone and unfortunately can not see anything with white screen,
so I tried it with an update over the air through Mobile upgrades and the operation was completed successfully ,
but the problem has not been eliminated.
Then I have tried using the Alcatel pC software suite by connecting the phone to the computer,
even though it is recognized by the computer running xp,
pC suite tells me that the phone is not connected and I understand that to enable this function I need phone in normal condition.
I'm sorry to throw it , was given to me , can we do something ?

Hi,

First, you need OneTouch Upgrade tool, not pc suite.

download OTU - HERE

install it, and follow the instructions, connect cable to powered off phone.

if, after using this updater, screen remains white,
that's hardware problem (crashed/malfunctioned LCD Screen).

hi all , I have tried to update this phone ( alcatel pop c3 ) and its stuck on the android green screen . it just stays there and the battery gets warm , thats all it does .
any suggestions please

If you have a problem with the software do the following instructions:
1. Charge the battery
2. Install Alcatel One Touch Upgrade tool download HERE
3. Start the Alcatel OT Upgrade Tool
4. Select your model: One Touch 4033
5. Go to START button
... And follow the instructions to finish.

... If this first option does not work, do need the following metods...
Download OT-4033X stock rom Download HERE

Extract the downloaded archive ...

1. Open the folder SPFT
2. Start flash_tool.exe
3. Insert Scatter-loading which is located in the folder ROM_4033x-2DALFR1
(MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc.txt)
4. Push Download button
5. Put the device is switched off and insert the USB cable
6. Wait until the flashing ends
That is all
-This Procedure applies to most Alcatel devices

P.S. If these two methods can not recover your mobile device, make sure you have installed drivers for that device on your computer, and if the drivers are installed and device that can not flash... the search nearby service - repair person
