HOW TO ENTER THE PHONE IN FASTBOOT
Alcatel Fierce XL (5054n) Qualcomm MSM 8909 Snapdragon 210

It's either - holding volume down + insert usb cable ,
or volume up + insert usb cable,
or (if thats not bootloader mode) - both volume keys and insert usb cable.

But ... there is also possibility that it doesnt have fastboot mode.

Just curious, why you need fastboot mode ?

Frp locked set , for removing frp required fastboot

You can try frp bypass via on-screen classic methods,
Fastboot aint' gonna work, those models have locked bootloader. (Non user-unlockable)
