Hi

i have this mobile bricked, stuck on alcatel onetouch screen, is anyway to flash? where to get firmware? is there any box that support this model?

this is qualcomm cpu

Give it a try with official OTU Updater_Q_v5.0

p.s. Try to activate download mode on phone,
before starting OTU Updater, via some of key combinations :
- volume up + power on
- volume down + power on
- volume up + down + power on

volume up + down and concet usb cable and use letest update tool 5.0 100% done i tested

my phone is recognized as alcatel hs-usb qdloader 9008

is it ok???
Because software does not find mobile

tryed on another but it says that have latest version and don't flash? anyone to go round this???

Phones with branded firmwares don't allow re-flashing (Vodafone, Telenor etc.)

However, you can write which country you need, I can check if exists retail PID,
and you can edit pro_info aka - "traceability" partition, change PID,
and phone will allow re-flashing/upgrading via OTU.

p.s. You will need root for that ...

there's a project on decker.su, currently there's no way to read phone firmware for your device, that's a qualcomm phone...

As i can see on decker's blog, some latest version allows reading also... I dont have a phones for testing,
So if you have them, take a try

You can also read "traceability" partition, edit it, and write back to phone. Doing so,
can help update phones which says "no greater software version available"
(with correct PID, of course)
Or ... you can read from phone which allows updating, and write to phone which don't allow update ...

p.s. I contacted Decker, will see if he is interested to make a (public/free) flasher / boot fixer for those models ...

Decker released updated version. Supported all partitions read/write.

Hello I need to add Polish language to 6045Y. I already changed PID to 6045Y-2ATBPL7 in traceability.bin, but Mobile Upgrade Q 5.1.8 says that there is no greater version - do U have ROM backup with Polish language or know working PID?

It's not retail PID, but operator branded.
As stated previously - operator branded pids don't allow update.
RetAiL pids have AL in naming.

Correct pid is: 6045Y-2AALPL7

Change it, and retry operation with Alcatel Mobile Upgrade software.

Download: Mobile Upgrade Q v5.0 Factory updater

or easy unbrick :

- Download : 6FAA-ZP1_P5002-Flashtool , start it
- Power off your phone - if your phone is in boot loop, you can power it off by keeping pressed the power button for about 10 seconcs. If your phone can't power off but always restarts, jump immediately to step when you perceive/hear the vibration.
- Connect your phone to USB and immediately (after the vibration) press and keep pressed all the 3 side-buttons until you see the Warning screen - just wait for the next vibration if your screen doesn't work because incompatible ROM is installed.
- Long press the Vol-up button until the screen gets dark - If your screen doesn't work, watch the Windows device manager and release the button when the HS-USB QDLoader 9008 appears among the COM ports.
- If that doesn't work, use EDL cable.
- Press DOWNLOAD

After done you should have unbricked device.
Now you can flash twrp, custom roms or stock rom backups.

Custom TWRP Recovery - HERE

Stock ROM backup for TWRP :

Backup firmware stock 01007 (6045y)
Backup firmware stock 01012 (6045y)
