my wifi hotspot can't run and i think need to reflash.
ho can upload the right firmware plz

Check battery, check charger and usb connector on device,
check if device charges battery.

If device have reset button on itself - use it
(hold ~10 seconds on powered on device).

Result ?

it connect in upgrading mode and windowd detect it as "TPST Upgrading Port"

Okay, remove back cover and find device PID (ie: MW40V-2xTBPL1, x=some letter),
and post here, will check if there is something for it.

TPST requiere password and user name . I can't use it

pls did u ever find out how to use this tool coz it requires username and password
