It's obvious from previous picture, that you need to un-tick cache and userdata partitions.

Because These 3 "MOBILE_INFO" "CACHE" "USRDATA" Files Not Available In Firmware Folder.

They are not explicitly needed for phone to power up and work normal.
So, you don't need them, especially cache+userdata.

After flashing enter recovery and make wipe data + wipe cache

PMT Changed For The ROM; It Must Be Downloaded.

Backup NVRAM, format the phone and retry.
