I have a 768T alcatel need to unlock the network T_MOBILE . imei 013303002697665 . I then asked a friend to read code sigmagkey . after the code, I inserted sim to enter the code, then mobile show " Sim card locked ! please contacct your operator! reserkey ? " .I do not know why people hope help . I do not know the code you gave me is correct . i hope Mod and vip help . thank somuch !

hard reset ur phone... emmc will be cleared and unlock counter will be unblocked .. then try unlock code again
