get proper firmware form its support and get device software unbrick in notime, else spend some money in tolos first.

Must buy tools, spend money and then work on it. Else go to a professional shop.

From what i'am know flashing for OT990 are supported by nckdongle(nckbox) and polar.

Simple sigestion, before give profesional adise is recomended to learn first about
