Exclamation Alcatel one touch EVO7 (RockChip) dead after flashing !!


Alcatel one touch EVO7 stuck in the logo
I flashed it with (EVO7 HD [E710] Android 4.1.1) firmware
Now it's dead
plz help ..

I have solved it by another firmware and it back to life again :
I didn't get enough time to try your firmware .. thanks any way ..

It's factory stock (original) firmware, so, take a try

After flash its still stuck in same position as its attach to computer although button are not pressed. whats may be reason. need help.

Problem can also be hardware, not only software (malfunctioned flash memory)


@romeoalmajeko

RockChip devices are usually flashed by holding volume up + inserting usb cable,
PC should detect RK Device and istall drivers
(or after volume up + insert cable, while holding volume up, press 5-8 times power on button).

If none works, probably damaged usb connector or some other, hardware problem.

I don't understand which problem you have after flashing.
Also, you need to post correct PID of the device, to get
original ROM for your device region/state/country.
