Alcatel One Touch Idol 6030x ROM / Flashing / Unbrick etc.

Hello,

I have bought simlock unlock code at one site, they told me that I need to enter code by putting another simcard (different operator) and it should appear special msg to enter code.

The problem is that this msg doesn't appears, I tried hard reset too.

When I check simcard in options, I see msg: "The slot has been permanently locked".

Is there a chance to remove simlock from my phone?

Cheers,
fizzerx

Enter Unlock Code:
1.Switch on your phone with a different network sim card.
2.If it ask for Network control key, enter the NCK code and press OK.
3.If it ask for Service provider key, enter the SPCK code and press OK.
4.You will find your Phone unlocked.
METHOD 2:
Switch ON your Phone WITHOUT SIM Card.- Then dial : *#0000*CODE#,
in your dial pad.- To finish dial : *#0001*CODE#.
Regards

Like I said, phone is not asking for code with different network sim card.

Method 2 doesnt work: "No SIM, or SIM error". System is Android...

Your code works, but when I enter to SIM ME LOCK, all options are locked (grey).

I have bought phone at Orange.

I will do it tommorow, I don't gave microSIM card at the moment :/

It should help? I used another operator card and without card. SIM ME options were locked. Orange card should help?

BTW. Code's seller that Orange might blocked SIM removal by entering unlock codes 10 times, he is right?

Be the original simcard (orange), the simmelock menu selection. And yes, 10 attempts as possible, if it runs out, your phone will be hardlocked.

I have found in my home old pre-paid Orange SIM card. I cut it into microSD and put in phone. Card (phoneing) is inactive, but phone isn't telling me that card is wrong.

Anyway, I entered the menu you mentioned and it's still grey.

So maybe these 10 attempts happened and phone is hardlocked.

Is there a chance to unlock this phone? Maybe at service points by cable?

I am trying this with the local SIM (Virgin Canada) but all options are also greyed out. Any other suggestions available?

Thanks in advance.
