Alcatel OneTouch 4030X - possible to save?

So I got this phone, to me it seems like it is a hardware failure of some sort but I just want to be sure if it would be possible to save it.

This phone basically doesn't do anything; blank screen, no backlight and only the front light lights up during charging (charging circuit works too).

However, it does one thing - it spits this out in the serial output:
Code:
RP: 0000 0000 0000
RP: 0006 0001 0000
RP: 0006 0000 0000

F2: 3000 00A0
F3: 0000 0000
RP: 0000 0000
RP: 0000 0006
V0: 0000 0000 [0001]
V1: 0000 0000 [0003]
V2: 0000 0000 [0009]
00: 0000 0000

READY
I looked around and found what I believe is the test point (pad closest to the RAM chip), I'd share my pinout but my post count is too low to do that.

Anyhow, shorting the test point while connecting results in nothing, nor does using UART in SP Flash Tool do anything.

My question - is it toast or is it possible to save the thing?

Does it show some unknown device, or MTK USB VCOM / Preloader port when connected ?
(when connected via USB cable to PC)

If yes - it probably can be revived, if hardware is not faulty.
