Rom file itself is not available on support, only via service access - means, you need to send phone to some of alcatel authorized service centers for repair. b.r. Alex

then write to faulty phone(s). Another advice : NEVER EVER fully format ANY MTK phone, without making ROM backup before that. And, 3rd advice - don't open new thread for same model of phone. You can use existing one(s). b.r. Alex

Member: 163 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7,777 | Use attached scatter file, load it in SPFlashTools, Go to tab "Readback", click on icon "Add", then double-click on newly appeared row, select save location and file name - ie: 5010u_full_readback.bin , type is hex, region is emmc_user , start address 0x0 , length : 0x79000000 Press "Readback" (green arrow icon), and connect powered off phone to cable, wait for read process to finish. Now you have working ROM readback, which have all needed files, and is single-file. To write to another phone : Start SPFT, load attached scatter file, press on keyboard CTRL + ALT + V , spft will show "Advanced mode", then go to drop-down menu "Window", and click on "Write memory" , new TAB will appear , "Write memory". Select file that you read in previous steps (5010u_full_readback.bin), begin address : 0x0 , click on "Write memory" icon, and connect powered off phone to cable. Wait for writing to finish, disconnect phone, boot it into recovery mode (volume UP + power on), and from recovery do "Wipe data / cache", then "reboot phone". At that moment ... Alcatel logo should appear, just connect charger, and leave it to fully boot, and don't worry - it may take up to 10 minutes. Or ... if after writing it doesn't power on, connect charger, and wait to see if it will start charging. If so - leave it to charge ~5-10%, then do the same steps from recovery, wipe data/cache , reboot. That should be it. If all goes well, use WinRAR, or 7zip and BEST / Ultra compression, pack the readed file, together with scatter file, and upload to google drive, or some "normal" hoster (Mega.nz, MediaFire, etc.), so others can unbrick, and revive their phones too. Happy unbricking ! Post results .... b.r. Alex

Member: 163 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7,777 | For beginning, try with other SPFlashTools, if still the same, Probably phone have hardware problem. But, without using some commercial box to repeat operation, cant be 100% sure. Anyway you can still upload flash file ... b.r. Alex
