| Alcatel OT 505 problem Hi guys, can u please help with this problem. I have Alcatel OT 505 and i wass using it for 3 months, after a while my keypad stop working. I notice one thing, my phone is turn on, i plug the charger and when i unplug my keypad start to working for few seconds and then my phone is geting restarted and my keypad not working again. TY |

| Reflash the phone or make format ffs (*#powerOn). If that won't help, then your phone have some hardware problem. |
