It is absolutely normal, to manually load files that are missing when scatter is loaded.

And it is absolutely normal that for ALCATEL mtk phones is MANDATORY,
that system.img and custpack.img MUST be flashed.

Nothing new or thankful in that.

my problem solve this file

Download THIS rom file,
and SPFlashTools,

Unpack all, load scatter file from rom folder,
and UNTICK custpack and SYSTEM (android) images.
(If you flash them, you will have firmware with Egypt region languages)

Flash the phone, it will get back to life.
