Alcatel OT-6043D imei null
 

Hi i have OT-6043D with imei null, i have try to reflash the firmware but always imei null, i have try to repair with mtk tools but when i do repair imei show this message ERROR: pttycmdl not found.

i think the problem is NVRAM or BASEBAND.

solution? thanks

Alcatel phones are the same model and different security products inside, so check out your phone is TCT? You need to download correct firmware same serial number. Also try to use official update program from Alcatel.

For beginning - try using factory OTU Updater

U need to use official Alcatel upgrade sw, download it from official support.
