Alcatel ot 806 problem - GSM-Forum

I own an Alcatel OT-806.When I turn it on it kinda freezes and turns off immediately. Before that i had that problem only when i wanted to turn on the wifi!! Does anybody know how to solve this without taking it to service?

Try to reset phone by holding * and # at the same time when powering on phone

I tried to make backup but it turns off before even recognized from the computer...
