Alcatel OT 875T Firmware upgrade

Can someone please offer help and guidance to obtain the firmware upgrade for Alcatel OT 875T (Sparq II ) phone ? I want to remove the original carrier's features and customise the menu. I understand that upgrading the firmware and or flashing the phone will work. Thanks in advance.

ot-875T is model manufactured only for US region, I don't see similar hardware
for other models.

So, only theoretical thing possible is flashing some non T-Mobile firmware,
with some commercial box (if they supports flashing of that model, at all).
