Alcatel OT807 error during the upgrade - GSM-Forum

I started upgrading my phone an everything was going properly.
But at 3rd step everything started doing by itself. At 3rd step I should click "update (or upgrade, don't remember) phone" by it was done by itself, then at 4th step I should press an keep "space" button on my phone, but on computer screen it showed like it is pressed and I don't have to do it. After completing 4th when was "reading mobile data (or something similar, don't remember)" And when the loading finished, the information about error was showed: ERROR 1034: something went wrong and I need to repeat 3rd and 4th step again. But when I tried it didn't work. Then the error was: ERROR 1002, and then ERROR 1003. When I unplugged my phone, everything was OK, I've even noticed the corrections but I think doing this in this way can damage my phone, please for help. I tried doing this also on my another computer and everything happened the same.
