Hello everyone. I need some help.

I had the phone with a softbrick after trying to eliminate, (well try not because I deleted it), the kingroot and change it by the Supersu. I had done everything, updated binaries, installed busybox, maintained root and in the first reboot the mobile was no longer the initial logo.

This was the second attempt, in the first without busibox, I was able to recover it restoring factory values. But as I say this time there was no way.
I could start in recovery or download, then searching for solutions I found this image, and I started it.

The Qfil gives me firehose error and does not load the image.

Now I do not have recovery nor download I do not even get the battery when I connect it to the charger, just turn on the white led. The Qfil and the Mobile Upgrade Q, continue to detect it without problem.

How can I solve this error, if it can?

Forget to comment that my 5051x is 2EALIB1.
I am sorry. It will not let me put the log file of the Qfil.
And it is very sad that this terminal has so little movement. Nor is it so bad.

How to select firmware in commercial "good tools" that are working very rarely?

Loading firmware ...
Firmware load error!
Firmware damaged or in unknown format! Send report to support!

I have just that tool for the moment, not even thinking about buying any other "good tool"

I always post stock firmwares, which are flahshable via FREE / PUBLIC tools.

So ... Qualcomm QPST Suite, with QFIL flasher - Download here: QPST.WIN.2.7.447.3 or older version QPST_2.7.422

Notes :
- Software works normal ONLY under Win7/32bit, WinXP 32bit
- Software also works under Win7/64bit, may cause errors sometimes, but usually works.
- Other / newer retarded micro$oft OS'es usually cause problems, and are pure crap for GSM business / phones flashing

Since here is not box support section, either I know which tools are you mentioning,
is irrelevant / I don't want to comment about.
There are product support sections regarding commercial boxes,
and that is best place to receive answer.

p.s. Original ROM pacakges are in full Qualcomm compliant format.

i use your file on mega.nz but wrong for my phone and it dead boot now ! (QDLOADER 9008) and can't flash with QFIL !

5051X-2BTWGB1 not available, only in service centers, with phone in hands.

be lucky that you have even this one from post #35.

Firstly, my Alcatel OT 5051X stuck on logo, already try wipe with recovery but not change , try with mobile upgrade: show phone alredy updated ! :/

Flash with firmware on first link in mega.nz, after flashage not work and phone is dead boot :/
Then, flash with second firmware in link mediafire; the same error on QFIL :/
Now, my alcatel phone is stuck dead boot .. and i not have solution.

(Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Madagascar)
