I need a rom with Serbian language for Alcatel OT pop S9 (7050Y). I am in Russia, and we just need a Serbian firmware. Thank you

means that you do not buy with Alcatel S9. He C9 I gift my sister and sent to Serbia but nevertheless thank you very much and thanks again for the Serbian firmware on C9

7050y is Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 / MSM8926 phone,
And only way for regular users, to flash it, is via custom recovery, with custom rom,
or with backup from phone which have Serbian language.

If someone have such phone with Serbian language, please post here.
I will give instructions how to backup.

When you download a recent software upgrade via mobile during a throw-in Alcatel pop S9 7050y process is interrupted at some 20 percent, and since then the phone brick (dead). What are the chances to revive. Help, help, help
