I have v785 not turning on,i think soft brick,can you upload any flash with european lang please?

Hello guys, I really need your help.

I need to return the phone to it's original state because I rooted it and deleted some system apps (like Hangouts) and now the OTA update fails to install.

OTU fails to identify my phone.

Captured the address with adb logcat of the OTA update and tried both adb sideload and apply update from sdcard and gives the same error, Hangouts .apk has unexpected contents.

I have 240HGG2 installed and the update is 330HGG1.

If I install an italian ROM on a portuguese phone will not affect it? Like, that isn't the ROM that was shipped with my phone or is it? Or it doesn't affect anything?
