(Later you will complain your operator, "this crap powered off itself, bla bla, give me another phone", etc.) So ... you got my point. Either live with it, or simply change phone. I know how about the pitfalls of rooting, but I've already had a couple of smart phones w/which someone dicked around w/Cyanogen, and it was a disaster! I don't think I want to go there again. What about my other problem w/notifications being so unsophisticated for me? Is there a way to have my new mail notification (and probably others) given its own individual sound? |

Member: 163 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7,783 | I just checkes on my personal 6016x phone, under sounds menu, It's the same... Notifications are all under one sound So... Either get some other phone, or stick with what you have... Yes, i know... Its bad B.r. Alex

I tried myself and found something called "CM Notifications" but it just made a mess of everything, and I didn't notice any feature that would let me control notification sounds. |
