Hi:

I have an OT 4070N wich dont start, i tryied to flash it using mobile upgrade 4.3.1 but the phone is not recognised. Drivers are ok.

Is there another option to flash it?
do someone know where to get a rom wich can be loaded via sdcard?

You can not flash N and T models without commercial box solutions,
Those are authenticated boot phones.

AFAIK, those boxes doesn't support those models, but I may be wrong.

There is no any special procedure, except download flash from support,
and normal flashing of the phone.
