I need either ISP or JTAG pinouts to try and read/write to the phone

Since it's (old) Qualcomm phone, it should be possible without any jtag/isp...

But, since all commercial boxes support only newer phones on Sahara protocol,
without some developer willing to take some time and make support,
looks like impossible for now.

Anyway, if phone is totally dead (just died), it's probably flash memory dead.

You still didn't wrote more details, history of malfunction, etc,
so I cant help more with that case.
