- You need scatter file from that phone model (you can make it with MTKDroidTools 2.5.3, via cable, enabled usb debugging, option "blocks map"), or find it on the net. - After getting scatter file, open in some text editor (notepad++), and find address of "cache" partition, that will be END address for reading (if you don't need userdata, and cache, if yes - put end address of userdata partition) - Then use option "Read Memory", select memory type (emmc or nand), press ADD, select save location and file name (rom_0), and simply press READ .... And connect powered off phone to cable. that's it. b.r. Alex
