Press the # key and the Power key at the same time for a few seconds until you see the reset interface, then long press ok start “factory reset” .Then the mobile will power on automatically

Under power off mode
Please press the volume up key and the Power key at the same time for a few seconds until you see the reset interface, then long press “√” to start “factory reset” .Then the mobile will power on automatically
Please note that user data format will erase all your personal information and downloaded apps (not include SIM card, SD card files and current system software)

dont work for me when i press volume up and power key show android and the turn off
