You can try firmware from THIS post,
it is for Balkans region, and should have Macedonian language inside.

When I try to flash your ROM,SP flash tool says "Unrecognized ROM Detected".

This is from SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01

If phone is dead, disassemble it, check battery voltage,
If needed charge via external source,
Reconnect, hold volume up + power on for 5-10 seconds,
Should appear as forced download mode.

If still refuses to flash, you have hardware problem

That's what I wanted to mention in my earlier post,
there is possibility that you don't have 6030x,
but some similar model, 6012x, 6037x, etc.
(or maybe someone write incorrect flash in it)

those alcatels are hard to identify without original stock box.

one more way to identify them is via reading pro_info file,
there is written inside model and pid.

or use "get boot info" on some of commercial boxes.

or ... read otus_log.txt from OTU folder,
there is info inside, what software read from phone,

example :

The phone's cu is 5020X-2ATNRS3
The phone's IMEI is 8630xxxxxxxxxx
The phone's version is AAXFUX0
The version in the server is NULL

p.s. One thing I know for sure is - firmware I uploaded should work,
if phone hardware is okay.
There is no any "hardware lock" that should disallow SPFT to flash
firmware from other region into phone, as long as hardware is the same.
(ie: in 5020x can be flashed dual-sim firmware from 5020D, etc.)

I found the original box from this phone and it says that it is 6030x-2BVDMK1,anyway maybe it is hardware problem like you say it.

Ok, get original ROM file - HERE

You will need to manually select 2 unticked files - custpack and mobile_info,
from unpacked rom folder.

If it still refuses to flash, well ... that's not software problem.

try also forced download mode (volume up + power on for 5-10sec. then connect cable),
and start flashing.

I tried with original ROM and the same error appears,anyway thank you for trying to help me I appreciate that and if you like you can close this thread.

Bro i am trying to flash this rom on 6030 i wasn't able to find out which model exactly, on the box of the phone it says just 6030. I am getting error "pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded" any solution?
Tried format no good

Deselect userdata and cache after loading scatter.
Retry operation.

If still the same, make full backup,
And format phone without preloader,
Then retry flashing.

userdata is not in the scatter so i unselected cache and gave it a try, same error. Did a format without preloader and again the same. I tried with another 6030x rom it is the same. I can not find a 6030d rom for spflash tool to give it a try, although mine is a singl sim i gues D is for dual.
The phone if from T-mobile Macedonia your rom should work, but it doesn't
A wonder what else to try....

p.s
Also tried "Firmware Upgrade" and it says "Unrecognized Rom"
