and SPFlashTools, Unpack all, load scatter file from rom folder, and UNTICK custpack and SYSTEM (android) images. (If you flash them, you will have firmware with Egypt region languages) Flash the phone, it will get back to life. b.r. Alex Last edited by Brka; 03-08-2015 at 19:26. Reason: added info.

when nobody reads what I write. You said, phone became dead by wrong flash, so it's definatly a software problem. I uploaded you a flash, together with flasher. Everything is original factory files - flash, flasher. I also wrote you something very important, and that is to CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE, and that can be done only via phone disassembling, and if battery voltage is too low (below 3.65v), you WILL NOT be able to flash phone. I also wrote you to CHARGE BATTERY externally, via some special charger, via lab power supply, etc, etc. (if needed) So, if you did all steps, and still having same problems, try changing PC, re-install drivers, install clean windows, try same on other windows (Win7, or WinXP), etc. if after all of this still the same ... well, you definatly, either have hardware problem, or you need some professional help regarding that phone. b.r Alex

Member: 163 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7,785 | Well, let's blame alcatel/tcl for putting bad flashes on their support ? Or should we blame user's mistakes ? Re-check phone model you have, what was the condition when that phone came to your hands ? If it was dead, you are 50/50% chances that you have phone with hardware issue. So, stop writing posts "my phone dead after flashing with this flash", Why did you flashed it if it was alive and working ? b.r. Alex |

Unpack, open scatter, manually select pro_info, flash the phone. After done, use OTU updater, it will bring set back to life. If all went fine, phone power on, try to flash only system and custpack, from rom I posted, see if it will change to desired languages. post results. b.r. Alex

Member: 163 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7,785 | I Checked the file, it's ROM_0 file (FULL FLASH), that can be flashed from SPFT, and it's pure binary file, not packed, so you just need to load it in SPFT. ROM Info (PID) : 6010D-2BALNL1 Use scatter file from post #10. Start SPFT, load scatter, go to drop-down menu "Window", click "Write Memory", now go to new tab "Write Memory", then "Open Raw Data", load file (rename it to ROM_0 first), select "EMMC", set begin address = 0x0000000000000000, length : 0x375EC000 , press "Write Memory" and connect powered off phone to cable. After writing, check if phone power on. If still on boot-loop, use OTU Updater, it will bring it back to life. Or, after writing ROM_0, try with flash from post #2. b.r. Alex
