I need help with alcatel idol

Hi

I got phone with not power on state.
I disassembled and the sticker contain only this info:
C4JE56 ALDLWHLH5

I think this phone is one touch idol 6030x (one sim version)

Someone totally erased phone now spiflashtool can't flash anything, i need proper pro info file and boot files. Maybe someone have backup from working phone?

Okay .... Let's try ..


0. Install OTU first, it will install drivers - get it HERE
1. Download SPFlashTools - HERE
2. Download "REVIVER" pack - HERE
3. Complete backup of phone prepared for SPFT - HERE
4. Attached modified Scatter file, to allow flashing of hidden regions,
put it in folder where you unpacked full rom backup file. (not reviver pack).


Tutorial / How-To :

- Unpack all archives
- Open SPFlashTools, Scatter-loading button, go to folder of reviver pack
- Open Scatter, and select manually mobile_info file, press DOWNLOAD
- Hold vol_up + power on button on phone, insert usb cable, wait for flashing done
- After done, you should have phone starting, and entering stock recovery,
but phone is still "stay on boot logo" condition. Power it off, charge battery if needed.
- Now, in SPFT open previously copied Scatter file from FULL rom folder(Optimus_San_Remo_130322.....) - called MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc_FULL-FLASH.txt
- Manually select next files : NVRAM, pro_info, Custpack, and Flash the phone
- After done ... go to recovery and do format/wipe data / cache
- Reboot the phone, see if it fully power on,
- Check imei, check if it accept sim cards, unlock if needed.

If all fine ... you can try editing pro_info file, and use online updater,
to get desired PID onto it.
(If it doesn't fully start - you can do the same, OTU updater will fix all).

You can also flash TWRP recovery, and restore rom backed up with it,
which you will place on SDCard.

Now, with all this ... you have material for job.
