Please use SEARCH before posting...

Phone is virtually the same as 5020D, just IDEA Branded.
(except cpu - on 5020d is MT6575 - on Aurus III is MT6577)

Now,

here's the way with stock rom and flashing with SPFlashTools :

- Download THIS rom
- Download SPFlashTools HERE

There is also backup of stock rom HERE or HERE (same rom - on 2 different hosters),
but it can be flashed through custom recovery only, you can download it,
and search for CWM Recovery for your phone, and update it that way.


Unpack it ... open up SPFlashTools, go to scatter-loading, load file from folder where you unpacked rom,
press Download, and connect powered off phone to usb cable.
After done, you should have working phone.

if this is easier for you ... try this method first, but DONT FORGET TO MAKE FULL rom backup before this!
(read other posts to see how to make backup)

I found two more roms ... one is exact from IDEA (Aurus III),

download HERE and HERE
(second link - should be with same PID you have).

can you please post your PID ? 5021E-XXXXXXX


edit: I found it .... it's not 5021E-something, but totally separate model/pid code, AURUS-2[X=A,B,C]IJIN3
I will post links as soon as I upload it.

edit2: second link from my previous post should be the right one; try it and post results.

first link is also for 5021E, but for Philipines region / languages.

Are the rom provided in editted post's second link are stock rom for idea aurus 3 or any other model of Alcatel phones. I m asking because once upon a time i installed Alcatel OT Soliel ROM and I lost my baseband version and imei no. Also my camero was not working so is the Ron provided in second is tried by anyone? And one important thing is the ROM rooted or unrooted?

It's either stock or stock backed up from working phone.

Be sure to flash both system and custpack.


******* EDIT:

I added original scatter file, put it in downloaded and unpacked ROM folder,
also check attached image which files need to be loaded, for succesfull flashing.

After flashing done, enter recovery and make Wipe Data / Cache,
reboot, and wait to start, first start takes longer time.

It's not my upload, so i dont know. It may be rooted.

If you want, back up nvram partition for safety.
