hello everyone need correct firmware this model restart problem after flash other ver unit is dead i did upgrade by one touch upgrate but sam problem plz help

HERE is the flash file ... use some newer spflashtools.

after flash with above file phone hang on android logo n restarts ....help me

You can also try second flash file - get it HERE

SPFlashTools - HERE

You know the flashing procedure, just check after scatter loading,
if all files are selected, if not select unticked files manually,
and repeat flashing.

It's Original Factory Flash for that phone.

If it wont flash, change scatter name into "MT6573_Android_Scatter_emmc.txt"

and after flashing, get into recovery and do factory reset
(wipe user data / cache).

and of course, post results ....

That model cant be flashed properly on SPFT.

Either use some commercial box, or visit authorized alcatel repair centre.
