Download original stock ROM - HERE

Download SP Flash Tools - HERE

Unpack ROM, Unpack SPFT, Start SPFT, scatter-loading,
select scatter file from rom folder, press Download,
connect powered off phone to cable, wait to finish, restart phone.

i dont know what is wrong i think ive tried all kind of mtk driver usb preloadee,vcom but always enable dram fail..i even has reformat my pc to but still the same..can u provide me mtk driver that u use..my phone when off it dont recgonize driver..have u tried to flash ur own backup?

Download OTU Updater - HERE, it will install all needed drivers,

and, try with newer SPFlashTool - Download HERE

what can I do with my alcatel

,
firstly my phone was bootloop then I want to flash it using SPFT,
but my mistake, that I format and the phone didnt boot.

You can try to use SEARCH option on forum, first ...

Second, you should know consequences of formatting the phone,
just because some idiot, somewhere, wrote that it should be done.

Third, You just lost calibration area, (NVM area), IMEI, etc.

Now, just read this thread from beginning, to try to at least power on the phone.

Just for your information.
My ot4013 turn on go to White screen , and turn off, and so on
I Flashed it this rom and perfect, everything woked fine, imei ok, signal.
