Can you at least write, for which region you need flash file,
because people here started to be unthankful for helping them.
I don't want put myself in situation that you start telling me,
after you revived your phone that "there are no XXXXXX languages in it".

so ... post your ORIGINAL pid from sticker, or phone box,
and I will get you flash file. (7040A-2XXXXXX).

Of course.

Get your ROM file - HERE

SPFlashTools v3- HERE or newer v5- HERE

Follow the standard procedure :
- Unpack ROM , Unpack SPFT.
- Open SPFT, go to scatter loading, load scatter from unpacked ROM folder
- Connect powered off phone to SPFT, wait for flashing done.
- After Finish (Green circle and OK), disconnect/reconnect battery
- Power on the phone, wait for it to start.
- Done. You have working phone with desired languages.

If you have dead phone, use rom files from above post.
It will bring it back to life.

Or, if you want and know how, use pro_info file from sticky thread,
You can try with 7041x pro_info, just edit pid, and flash it to phone,
Then use online updater.

Read sticky thread(s), there is a procedure for read, edit and write back
pro_info partition, to change current pid into desired one,
and after use OTU updater to update to desired pid/region/languages.

All needed info and files are already here in alcatel section.
