Need Alcatel OneTouch Evo 7 HD Hard Reset or Firmware Please - GSM-Forum

I have this Alcatel OneTouch Evo 7 HD locked with a Password.
Is there a way to Hard Reset the tablet or an upgrade tool with firmware??

I've already tried a lot of methods but no lock

Just download factory upgrade software from alcatel website

http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/conte...p-v1-8-1-9.exe

It will wipe the tab. 32bit only

I tried this but just stay put and no progress at all.
I tried check live update but it shows unable to connect to server.
Any help?

Thanx... downloaded but doesn't flash the device, or doesn't seem to be picking up the device in the program???

Tried the same but tab isnt responding to hold vol + while connecting USB. :/
