p.s. can you write original PID from sticker ? (P310X-2xxxxxx),
because there are few different models (4Gb Rom, 8Gb Rom, 16Gb Rom, depending on region).

EDIT: 2 different versions for Egypt exists (I hope it's same language as in S.Arabia),
fist with 4Gb ROM, second with 8Gb ROM :

or you need some other PID (PID = Product ID, ie: P310X-2AALEG1)

Thnx for replay i use this otu updater . put its take along time . My tablet is p310x 8G its ok saudi or egypt its same arabic

Otu tool talk one day for recover my tablet so if you can give me link to have the stock rom I will be thankful

Download your ROM File - HERE

SPFT is standard, tablet is MT6582, so you can use v3 or v5 ...

SPFlashTools - HERE

- Unpack ROM (all files in one folder)
- Unpack SPFT
- Start SPFT, option "load scatter",
- Browse into rom folder, load scatter (only .txt file)
- Press DOWNLOAD, and connect powered off phone/tablet to usb cable
- Wait to finish, after done start phone/tablet.

If you manage to read pro_info from it, sure, I can edit it for you.

I wrote in many threads how to read/write pro_info
(search, read, check sticky threads)

All you need is SPFT and Scatter file for that particular model.

Already described, but lets do it again, until I make new sticky thread :

Tools needed :
- SPFlashTools
- Scatter file (for desired product, for this case - scatter from rom I posted already)
- USB Cable

Before how to, let's check whats inside scatter file :

partition_index: SYS3
  partition_name: PRO_INFO
  file_name: NONE
  is_download: false
  type: NONE
  linear_start_addr: 0x1500000
  physical_start_addr: 0x100000
  partition_size: 0x300000
  region: EMMC_USER
  storage: HW_STORAGE_EMMC
  boundary_check: true
  is_reserved: false
  operation_type: PROTECTED
  reserve: 0x00

What can we see here ? starting address, and length of partition.
Example is for partition that we need - pro_info

Now ...

How-To :
- Start SPFT
- Use attached scatter file, option "scatter-loading", load file
- Tab "Read Back", option "ADD"
- Double click on it, select save location for file, select name (pro_info.bin)
- Input start address : 0x1500000 , length : 0x300000
- Press button "READ BACK"
- Connect powered off phone/tablet to usb cable
- Wait for finish.

You have readed pro_info file .... upload to some sharing site, ie: mediafire, zippyshare, and post link here,
I will show you what next.

On most tablets, factory updater allows updating/restoring.

Why don't you try that first, before anything else ?

Download OTU Updater - HERE, install it,
select correct model, and follow the instructions.
