If OTU Cant read it, and SPFT cant start flashing, none backup can help.

You revived phone which don't have buggy cpu+emmc, so you are very lucky.

p.s. Don't give wrong info's if you don't know the case and all related things about 7040/7041/7047 models.

Bro, stop wasting your time. YOU CAN NOT fix it.
Alcatel service cant fix it, too, they swap/exchange whole phone motherboard.

I had one screwed phone in my hands, tried everything possible, simply NO WAY.

Even if I want to write soft from 7041x to 7041x? I'm asking because I can't flash with SpFlashTool without preloader. is popup "PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded"... that's mean I need check preloader. What can I do next?

Regards, Emilkawa.
Put in same folder edited pro_info and scatter file (attached to some of previous posts),
Open SPFT, go to scatter-loading, load scatter from that folder,
pro_info should be automatically loaded, just press download and connect
powered off phone to cable, wait to finish, and use OTU Updater after.

If that fails for some reason, then same procedure, scatter+pro_info in same folder,
Open SPFT, load scatter, go to drop-down menu "Window" click "Write Memory",
new tab appears, "Write Memory", go to it, select "Open Raw Data",
load pro_info, select "eMMC", set addresses : start address : 0x1100000 , length : 0x300000,
press "write memory" and connect powered off phone to cable,
after finished, disconnect, start OTU Updater and follow instructions.

p.s. your current pid is : 7041X-2BALNL1

Attached : edited pro_info with these two PL pid's :
7041X-2AP7PL1
7041X-2ATBPL1
