I tried to solve this problem by doing factory reset (4 times) but still the problem exists. Please guide me. |

First thing to try, download factory OTU Updater - HERE, install it, start, select model (6043), and follow instructions. Hopefully, it will restore phone to stock condition. If you have some operator-branded phone, it will not update it. In that case, only way is flashing some of posted rom's in this thread. b.r. Alex
