I want to add German Language with SPD Tool. Where can I find the Spd?

Phone from Netherlands. You can't "ADD" languages,
but there is German flash file, with English+German language inside (maybe some more).

i want to add Portuguese language in alcatel ot-1016g

kindly assist me in finding flash file for Portuguese language :confused:

i read flash memory form another mobile ot-1016g which having Portuguese language with spd service tool and tried to intall another mobile/ot 1016g but mobile didn't switched on after flash complition.

then i flash with original flash file and mobile switched on..

kindly assist me to find Portuguese flash file
