okay,

- use some newer SPFlashTools - like v5.1420.00 - download HERE
- flash from ot-7041x without system + custpack - download HERE

start SPFlashTools, go to Scatter-Loading, select scatter file,
form folder where you unpacked downloaded flash file(s)

first try with this scatter - MT6582_Android_scatter_7041_revive
if doesn't power on, try other one - MT6582_Android_scatter_7041_revive_patched_boot

flash the phone, I hope it will start powering on after.

attached files doesn't have system+custpack, you can flash them separately,
from downloaded flash files from support, via attached flasher,
just load scatter file from that folder (rename it from .sca to .txt),
and de-select files other than system and custpack.
this is important, because android system from 7041D model,
will work with BOTH sim cards, and system from 7041X is single-sim.

in any of those cases ... after any operation, you can try to use
factory updater which in 99% cases get phone back to life
download Alcatel OTU - HERE
(as long as sensitive data from phone is there)

try and post results.

now, this looks like other issue, since your phone is erased fully,
you will need to connect it in another way, like I already described somewhere,

I dunno ecactly which key combination, but you can try some of these :
- both volume keys + power on + connect cable
- volume up + power on + connect cable
- volume down + power on + connect cable

you will know if you connected it right, PC will start installing new drivers,
that's "dead/erased mode - aka. as old testpoint mode".

now, after installing drivers - which will appear in dev. manager,
as MTK USB VCOM port (com XX), you should retry flashing the phone.

sometimes, I noticed, I had problems with some errors in SPFT,
under one windows, and since I have several Windows, (Win7, XP),
after rebooting to another one, it all started working,
so you can consider your pc / windows being another problem.
solution is - trying on another pc/windows, of course.

and, I still think that your phone is not brick, and that it can be repaired ....

you just need to keep trying.

p.s. can you share here, your original PID ? 7041D-XXXXXXX
I want to check available flashes ...

Now ... here's something for you .... ORIGINAL Flash file, for 7041D-2BALEG1 - HERE

This is the firmware, that OTU updater updates for that pid.

Try with different SPFlashTools ... and post results.

first of all, now you can try to do full flash format from spft
after, to flash only preloader file, and after, flash same flash with all selected,
try also "firmware upgrade" option in SPFT.

for flashing preloader ... try volume down + power before connect to PC, to flash preloader.
after it's done, hold power button ~10 seconds, it should restart into another mode
(for normal flash write, not emergency (preloader))

also, try with other SPFT, SP-Flash-Tool-v3.1344.0.212

if still unsuccessful, go to memory testing option, and do memory tests,
post screenshot, maybe it's eMMC problem ...
