So its normal to kill 7041D with hang logo problem, because this phone is problematic? So I advise customer possible it would end dead in flashing.

I know that some preloaders seem able to allow flashing of some dead handsets.

Well, thats a "walk in the dark", but anyway, now it's possible to repair preloader via commercial BOXes,
so you can play with rom's anyway, or just avoid flashing preloader.

Always post original PID of the phone when requesting firmware.

PID is in format : 7041D-2XXXXXX , and can be found on the back sticker of the phone.

You can use any, just dont flash preloader (untick preloader after loading scatter file).
That way, there is very low probability of bricking phone.

Not without phone in hands, or without taking it to authorized service center.

There is only one left-over - flash file 7041D-2XALBD1 ... (Bangladesh),
but that probably wont suit.

But, you can try editing pro_info method, and with retail PID,
there is a chance that Factory OTU Updater will update it.

Retail Poland PID : 7041D-2[X=A,B,C,E,F,G,J,K]ALPL1
(ie: 7041D-2AALPL1)

And factory OTU Updated - DOWNLOAD
