Looks like phone hardware is totally functional.

however, phone doesn't have partitions.
preloader, ebr1, ebr2, mbr, needs to be flashed first.

or all at once.

if it doesn't want to flash, maybe full flash from other same phone can help.

if that also doesn't help ....

last thing to do, that is left, is trying to write preloader,
edited pro_info, and try to update it via OTU updater.

read sticky threads how to do it.

first, avoid using 5.x version of SPFlashTool,

second, did you make "format all" or "format all except preloader" ? (from SPFlashTools)

third, last flash file I uploaded, exactly for your phone,
doesn't have few partitions, like pro_info, nvram,
(however, phone should power on without them).

you can combine it from 7041x flash I posted earlier,
put them in same folder with 7041D flash,
edit scatter file (where is __NODL_NVRAM , __NODL_PRO_INFO, remove "__NODL_",
and manually click/load missing 2 partitions.

error that you were getting earlier, is usually happening,
when flash file is not intended for that phone type,
so maybe it's time to re-check your PID, model, etc.

also, finding one exactly the same, working phone, would help a lot,
it can be read full backup, and try to write into non-working,
or make SPFlashTools flashes from that same full backup.

I don't exactly know, maybe there is some hardware difference,
but that's hardly possible, last flash I posted is for your phone, 100%.

as I said ... at the end, do FULL FORMAT, after - write preloader,
and edited pro_info (edit model into 7041D-your_pid ),
try to flash full flash, or try with OTU.

@Brka

This user contacted me and sayed phone ask for password, not stuck on logo as i'am read now here.
And wipe not work.
I'am provided usrdata and cache and after he flashed this sayed, phone become dead.
Usually after flashing this 2 partitions or make format from recovery phone must power on.

Now...here can be 2 problems.
1.Phone is not OT-7041D
2.Phone have some hardware problems.

I'am spended also some time with this user and also without succes.
__NODL_PRO_INFO is not important in alcatels.
This file is used only by updater, and can be formated without problem.
Phone will work ok after.
__NODL_NVRAM in alcatel will be remaked on first startup.
Factory flasher simple erase this region on flashing.
Worst case is damaged imei, but phone will start.

Yes bro, I know ... I tried to help, but this is totally strange for me too.
If you checked, I found original flashes for that model, but it still refuses to flash.
And, in the middle of all that - it accepts preloader (!?!)

I had in my hands one 7041x (which is identical hardware except one less sim slot),
and I played with it, full format, partial format, and many other things,
but I always got it back to life, either with full backup or important partitions.

Now ... that phone comes in few different flavours :
Single SIM: 7040A, 7040F, 7041X
Dual SIM: 7040D, 7041D, 7040E

is it possible somehow that they will not allow crossflash,
and that his phone is not the model he wrote ?

of course, I totally agree, since the phone came stuck on boot,
that eMMC chip is dead, that is always one of possibilities.

for example, I repaired couple of 4010x and 5020x models,
which acted similar, with simple reheating emmc chip,
even flashing was not needed, just hot air soldering gun.

From what we maked online and what you maked here with Brka help, it's 99.99% posibility to be hardware damage.
What help exactly you expect?

What i'am can sugest, disasemble phone and inspect for water damage.
Also rehot or better reball CPU and flash IC.

Every flash i posted is "safe" because it's original stock firmware,
Problem is, as i already wrote, with buggy cpu+emmc combination,
So, flashing preloader on those models is pure gambling,
It may lead to bricked phone, or in other hand - not.

All is up to user's decisions.

Again, and for the last time - safest way is via pro_info method + otu.
