ROM from post #13 is ORIGINAL FACTORY rom for your phone.

If phone can't be flashed via SPFT, there are two possibilities:

1. You need to repair preloader (which may be formatted by someone), and try flash again
2. Your phone may have hardware issues (malfunctioned eMMC/Flash memory).
