Hi,

You cant flash that tablet easily, there is no OTU updater for that model.

There is no sticker... But there's word wrote on the back cover

in prestigio wifi chip is realtek8188eus and inside tab7 realtek8188etv

Hello Alex, Here is the sticker of the Alcatel One Touch tab 7 dual core. I need help also to unbrick my tablet. I hope this helps. It says the serial number GAJOSBD0000074F. PTH 1.0, PTS 103. CU REF: T015-3AC2PH1

Okay so, mystery solved - its T015

EDIT: Looks like 2 different sub-versions exists T015 and T017
checking software compatibility ... not the same.

Unbricking works fine, even hard-brick (not detected by pc) works.

p.s. Flashing not going regular way, so don't ask for flashfiles.
Tab needs to be brought to someone with service access
or regular alcatel service point.

Mine is soft bricked, it still shows the splash screen ALCATEL ONE TOUCH then nothing happens.

mine was hard bricked, so had to short circuit those two pins from first picture to get recognize by PC...menage to install TWRP, but cant root, yet and still trying ...

I have the T017 model, can you tell me where you get the firmware for the T015, since it's specified that it's not compatible, maybe there's a different firmware fot the T017 model.

Thanks a lot, I follow your procedure and the tablet lit up while I was flashing it with amlogic burning tool. I am happy it was showing some signs of life but it failed at 33% without success, I tried to flash it again with pc and sd card but it won't boot. Did I missed something? Help is very much appreciated.

I try to find that on google but I found a few sites in Russian Language and it won't let me download. Anyway, I downloaded the PMP3970B duo firmware on another site and flash it using amlogic burning tool, it reached 78% then I try to flash it with sd card with firmware file but still won't boot.

Another thing I tried again the procedure using config_progress_erase and try to change usb port and reached 100% success, but there's no reaction when I put sd card, only through amlogic burning tool that I get some progress but the tab is still not booting. I'm not ready to give up yet anymore suggestions? Thanks for the help

when you erase nand with suceess, than you need to follow procedure for install T015 ROM it will boot for shure, hope now is clear, dont try to boot from SD card you wont suceed
