OT-802 Unlock Problems - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have got the unlock codes for this OT-802, but i dont know how to enter it! I have put in an unsupported sim and it does not ask for a code - it just says invalid sim. When i insert an o2 sim it gets to the alcatel loading screen and then shuts down! before someone else copies and pastes the instructions, i have already tried ;

1 - Switch ON your phone without SIM Card,
2 - Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
3 - To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.

It doesn't work!

Any ideas? I have also tried formatting but that didn't work either

You must use specialized software to unlock this phone - Smart-Clip.
It can unlock phones with disabled menu for entering codes and phones than lock automatically after few days after unlocking with code.
And Smart-Clip can solve many more narrow-specialized nuances with these phones.
