OT-806 Turning on issue - GSM-Forum

Greetings. I have an Alcatel OT-806 which does the following. While trying to charge it it turns on and shows a progress bar filling from 0% to 100% in 2 seconds and then turns off again. Even with a charged battery trying to turn it on does exactly the same. Tryied to connect it to my PC, doing exactly the same over and over again, seemingly like trying to charge the battery and off it goes again. Tryied all the possible ways of hard reseting the phone with # or * or Vol UP and Down while pressing the Power ON Key. Nothing happens. If anyone has an idea of what might be the issue please let me know. Thanks.

Have a alcatel 901 and a ot980 that turns on and off any solution for this problem
