can anyone share with pro_info for this model

phone now on reboot situation
tried ot-916d rom (from @brka) but same result

tried OTU but i need older version

- 916D/A/X rom
- format all expt bootloader
- do hard reset from recovery

i think the best and last solution is OTU

It's known issue, you just need to write preloader via SPFT,
and after that phone powers on normally.

Same thing happens after flashing phone via service tools.
I accidentaly noticed that preloader writing solves it ...

search on forum, I posted some 916x rom already,
download, unpack and write preloader only.

post results.

phone power on but with reboot problem

this is the right procedure :

1-Format all expt bootloader

2-write pro_info by "write memory" SPFT ver 3

3-flash rom by SPFT that mr brka added before on this thread (phone power on but on reboot problem) after that

4-recover offical rom by "ONE TOUCH Upgrade S 2.8.0 " (phone power on maybe stuck at alcatel logo try hard reset (POWER+#) , if you got black screen don't worry it's came up after some time ~5min

Just checked some history ... I helped someone to repair 916D ...
was same problem, that's why I wrote about preloader, from some distant memory.

Similar case : Phone was formatted - written pro_info - reflashed via service tools (same thing as OTU do) - no power on - just write preloader of normal scatter-style rom, phone powered on, all was fine.

Anyway, I am glad you fixed it.
