First, before screwing that phone even more,
try using original factory updater, Alcatel OTU,
download HERE

download, install, it will install drivers and all stuff, and follow the instructions.

Read THIS thread, download Orbita's Pro_Info reader/writer,

make backup and post link to fils you read, I must check them,
to be able to help you.

Also, read THIS sticky post, I explained about how OTU
identifies alcatel phone and allow/disallow to be upgraded, it's all about pro_info partition.

either it's read wrong, or something else, but this backup is useless.

anyway,

you can try to fix phone this way :

- Download stock recovery with backup/restore functions HERE
- Download rom backups HERE or HERE or HERE or HERE
- or Download custom roms HERE or HERE

now,

- unpack files
- volume down + power on for 3-5 seconds
- connect phone to cable
- start bat file
- it will reboot after
- power it off or remove battery

- copy some of downloaded roms onto sd-card and insert it in phone

- enter recovery
- you should now have that special recovery
- go to restore option,
- restore rom
- after install, do wipe data / cache

you should have working phone after that.
try few different firmwares, some should suit.

also, dont copy packed firmware onto sdcard,
but unpack into some folder that you make on sdcard.

if folder name should be specific, first make backup rom from recovery
to see what name it will make, later use that folder,
move files from it on pc, and put unpacked and do restore.

p.s. make list of files, what does recovery exactly backup,
maybe i can pack some stock rom for that phone,
if none of provided roms are good for you.
