You will need correct drivers, and Sn Write Tool (MTK),
with corresponding database files (2 files).

All MTK Devices Baseband Run On NVRAM - Path In Androids Phones "/dev/nvram"

You Can Use 2 Ways To Reflash NVRAM.
- One By Flashing BPLG Baseband (Modem) "MAUI_1XAMD_W1X_XX_SP_V1X" (Where X Is Some Number Depending On Device Specs)(Basic Functions Like Imei ,Etc Works With Most Alternative BPLG Files)
- Once NVRAM Is Corrupted You Must Use Flash Tool Solution With Correcting Scatter From ''__NODL_NVRAM'' To ''NVRAM'' And Select Correct Working Phone NVRAM File For Same Baseband

Important part is CDC drivers.

rest (database files), you can find here on forum, under MTK section,
it's CPU dependant, so you will need MTK6582 files if I am not wrong.

Also ... nvram fropm 7041x should do the job ...

flash it, and do wipe data/cache from recovery.

If you need ROM ... You can Download (4 part rar), ROM for BRASIL region, PID: 7040E-2AALBR1 :

OT-7040e.part1.rar
OT-7040e.part2.rar
OT-7040e.part3.rar
OT-7040e.part4.rar

Unpack it with WinRAR. Open SPFT and load scatter,
manually load not ticked files, ALL MUST be flashed,
custpack, mobile_info, preloader.
