ot5035e pattern locked not remove after flashing..


hello mates i got ot5035e with locked pattern, after flash with sp flashtool pattern locked still appear..

how to solve this matter.. thanks.

Did u tried this

Code:
below to restore the device to factory software:

Switch the Alcatel off and remove all of the cables from it.
Press Power and the # key and hold for a few seconds.
Wait for the phone to turn on and load the hard reset options.
Read the warning on the screen and select Yes to continue.
Once you confirm, wait until “Formatting flash” is gone.

brother thanks but this phone has no # sign .. phone model is sapphire 2 one touch 5035e android phone.

i am looking for firmware that can remove pattern locked flash with sp flash tool.

can someone here share cache and userdata for this phone to be flash for spft..
i wonder why lock pattern not deleted after flashing done.

or i miss something proper flashing for this phone.

Backup nvram, backup pro_info, format phone without formatting bootloader,
Flash phone again, restore nvram and pro info, make reset from rwcovery,
And you will have all locks gone.
