Please. How do I hard reset Alcatel OT708, because someone brought into the wrong codes in it so far does not accept the original code to unlock.

When the mobile can not be switched on/ switched off by power key, or switch off automatically, and the failure is not related to battery, please try to reset your mobile.............Regards

Try to press power's button and at the same time the button of turning down the volume.

i have mine with the same problem but after hard reset many time, still not accept unlock code from provider Movistar. only said wrong code

Press * + # + Power with Phone OFF.
Give me IMEI and Full Provider and I check Correct Code
