Looking for Alcatel OT-991D Bulgarian Firmware - GSM-Forum

There exist similar model - Alcatel OT-991 ( but not D, there D = dual sim ) called Globul Touch -> GLOBUL , but i don't know if it's compatible with OT-991D ... At ONE TOUCH Upgrade S 2.7.5 tool ( factory online flashing tool ) there 991 and 991D are detected like one type of phone, but using custom ROM, like final jeffta rom v2.1 -> Alcatel ot 991 jeffta rom v1 - xda-developers loose Dual SIM capability.

Moreover - at most cases MoreLocale and MoreLocale2 are usefull for language change, but there if apply it only a small part of standard menu items go to Bulgarian... what a alternative tool from Market can be used ( to avoid FW change ).

Did you get needed flash? I need Polish, i know that NCK dongle supporting OT991d but they ignore help request, sending to google.

glad you have no comment after many warnings from us and mods about you unreal request of firmware and bad rude behavior, also i don t believe you are even an NCK Dongle user until you send me in PM your card serial number and reseller info, until then no replies in our section nor any support.

you are time waster really and we rather give support to users in this time, so no more replies or support from us. i will also require that if you post again in our section without proof of purchase to ban you from NCK sections
